Team Member Opportunities
Customer Relations: Requirements – applicants need to be at least 16 years of age with excellent customer skill for phone and in person interaction. Should be able to efficiently use iPad and Chrome Book. Responsibilities include scheduling and checking in customers, organizing trips with proper capacity, providing clear instructions to customers, properly outfitting PFDs (life jackets), cleaning and keeping work area organized.
Beach Team: Requirements: – Applicants should be at least 16 years old with excellent customer skills for in person communications. Must be able to lift and carry kayaks, paddles and other trip gear at a rapid pace. Loading and unloading of kayak trailers, assisting customers on and off the water and keep all work areas clean and organized throughout the day.
Van Driver: Requirements – applicants must be at least 20 years old with clean driving record. CDL is not required for this position. Experience pulling a trailer is a plus but not required as we offer training. Good verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear instruction to customers, loading and unloading of kayaks, paddles and other trip gear.
